Army Intercepts Five Trucks Of Cement Along Nigeria-Cameroon Border In Adamawa

Army authorities in Adamawa have intercepted five trucks of cement along the Nigeria-Cameroon border.

Army authorities in Adamawa have intercepted five trucks of cement along the Nigeria-Cameroon border.

This was disclosed by Hunmwashi Wonosikou, the spokesman of the Governor of Adamawa State Umaru Fintiri, during a joint press briefing by the state government and the police.

According to him, after interception, the trucks were handed over to the police and investigations are ongoing to ascertain the legality of the movement along the Nigeria-Cameroon border.

Wonosikou said no stone will be left unturned in finding out the trucks are intercepted along the country’s border with Cameroon.

This development is part of efforts by the Adamawa State Government under the Governor of Adamawa State Umaru Fintiri in the fight against economic saboteurs aimed at reducing the hardship the people are going through.
